Services Provided Commercial Cleaning Markham offers a range of commercial cleaning services, including office cleaning, janitorial services, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and more. The specific services provided will be detailed in a separate agreement or work order.
Service Terms a. Scheduling: We will work with you to establish a mutually agreed-upon schedule for the provision of services. Any changes or rescheduling requests should be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance. b. Access: You agree to provide our cleaning staff with safe access to the premises during the agreed-upon service hours. c. Supplies and Equipment: We will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any specialized equipment required for specific tasks may incur additional charges. d. Payment: Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of services. Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to additional charges and suspension of services. e. Cancellations: In the event that you wish to cancel or reschedule services, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Client Responsibilities a. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding your premises, including any specific cleaning requirements, hazards, or security protocols. b. Security: Commercial Cleaning Markham strives to maintain a high level of security during our services. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of property that may occur during or as a result of our cleaning services. c. Hazards: It is your responsibility to inform us of any hazardous materials or substances present on your premises that may require special handling or disposal. d. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health, safety, and cleanliness.
Liability a. Limitation of Liability: Commercial Cleaning Markham will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality cleaning services. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of our services, except in cases of proven negligence. b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Commercial Cleaning Markham and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
Confidentiality a. Commercial Cleaning Markham recognizes the importance of maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of our clients. We will not disclose any confidential or sensitive information shared with us during the provision of our services, except as required by law.
Termination Both parties reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party. Termination will not affect any obligations or liabilities accrued prior to the termination date.
Amendments Commercial Cleaning Markham reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Markham, Ontario.
